How the police were incompetent enough to mistake something as common as kitty litter with crystal meth is flabbergasting, but you also have to consider the fact that the officers in question were well aware that it wasn’t meth, but were merely trying to imprison an innocent man. Why this may sound like a stretch, this has become far too common in recent years.

In a statement released by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office to ABC 13, “The drugs were recovered and in the process of inventorying his vehicle a substance was found wrapped in one sock in his vehicle. Mr. LeBeau was questioned about the contents at which time he indicated that he had no idea what it was. The deputies followed proper procedures and field tested the substance on two separate occasions which field tested positive for methamphetamines.” Nothing sounds fishy about that, does it? Yeah, about that…

It has become so obvious over the past decade — due heavily to the ability to record police misconduct — that these things happen far more often than most of us want to believe. It’s easier for us to think that the police officers patrolling our streets always have our best interests in mind and will always go above and beyond to protect us, but events like this continue to prove that it simply isn’t true. Of course there are plenty of good cops out there, but there are also those that believe in abusing their power.

It is time that we all — whether conservative or liberal — begin to demand more out of the police as a whole. They deserve to be held to higher standards and that’s we should intend to do.

This is a coup.

This is equivalent to declaring a national state of emergency, including martial law: the DHS, if it deemed it necessary, could utilize armed agents to enforce the new directive and take over states’ offices that resist.

Election-processes belong to the states. But not anymore.

And of course, with this awesome new power, the DHS could intercede, behind the scenes, in the voting process and rig elections.

There is an additional aligned factor at work in this op: the proposed elimination of the Electoral College—yet another measure designed to “federalize” the election process.

Most people are entirely ignorant of the fact that the Constitution was a pact among states. With reluctance, the independent states agreed to relinquish certain specified powers to the newly created central government, while retaining all other powers.

The Electoral College was, therefore, a natural invention, because the states would maintain crucial influence in determining the outcome of presidential elections. State Electors would cast their presidential votes based on which candidate won in their state.

Eliminating the Electoral College now would add one more layer of federal control over the whole country, and take control from the states. More centralization.

Imagine it. Only the popular vote counts. The states are dumped. And on top of it all, the Dept. of Homeland Security has the power to run the election process as a piece of “critical infrastructure.”

Rigging the vote in New York and California, plus a few other populous states, would decide the election. And in time, no one would think about “New York” or “California” as separate entities—because they wouldn’t be. They would just be “more land and people” that are part of “wholly unified” America.

This is perfect for the “unity politicians” who spout empty rhetoric every chance they get—“we’re all in this together.” As I tirelessly point out, such slogans are nothing less than covert ops, and their goal is roping in as many dullards as possible under a messianic banner of A Better Life for All under a Beneficent Government.

Also known as: we the rulers decree, you the people submit; your survival depends on us; we give and take as we will, and that shall be the whole of the law.

Eventually, why have presidential elections at all? Just allow the DHS to determine which candidate will best serve the needs and desires of the controllers.

It’s cleaner, simpler, and more direct.

It’s a coup.

Will Trump cancel it?

Obama is basically challenging him to do it—which would create one more firestorm in the press directed at Trump.

“See, the new president just stopped the DHS from protecting our sacred free elections. Trump is exhibiting more treasonous cooperation with his Russian masters…he’s leaving the door wide open for their secret invasion against our liberties…”

The timeline is clear. One: Hillary will surely win the election. Two: Trump won the election. Three: Trump won because Russia “hacked the election” in his favor. Four: We must protect our national election process from foreign hacking. Five: Homeland Security must put itself in charge of national elections.

That’s what Dave Hodges, creator and host of The Common Sense Show, believes and, what’s more, he says it’s just a prelude to mass murder, based on past historical events of a similar nature.

While the Internet has not been around in its present form for more than a couple decades, authoritarians and dictators throughout history have attempted to erase history that does not serve them well through mass book burnings, the destruction of founding documents and other records. What generally followed was mass murder.

Today, this is being accomplished either through Internet censorship or actual shutting down of the Internet by governments. As Hodges noted on his website, quoting a Brookings Institute study, “there were over 50 instances of Internet shutdown and many of the shutdowns were associated with government violence against the citizens of that country” in 2016.

In a revealing video, Hodges discusses the report, which noted first and foremost the economic impact of the shutdowns: $2.4 billion.

The shutdowns did not go unnoticed by the world’s foremost diplomatic entity, the United Nations. The UN Human Rights Council passed a non-binding resolution that condemned intentional shutting down or disruption of domestic Internet access by governments.

Though many member states supported the resolution, the governments of several nations including Saudi Arabia, Syria, India, Morocco, Brazil, Iraq, Pakistan, the Republic of Congo, Bangladesh, Algeria and Turkey shut down Internet or mobile service, often for long periods.

In his report for Brookings, Darrell M. West, vice president and director of the think tank’s Governance Studies, as well as founding director of the Center for Technology Innovation, said he found 81 short-term Internet shutdowns that took place in 19 countries between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016.

“The majority of these blackouts occurred in the Middle East and South Asia, with India, Iraq, non-ISIS Syria, and Pakistan accounting for 71 percent of recorded instance,” he wrote in a press release describing the study’s findings.

West noted that Internet disruptions and shutdowns curb economic growth, cost governments tax revenue, stifle innovation and undermine the confidence of businesses and consumers in the affected countries. “As Internet-powered businesses and transactions continue to grow, they represent an increasingly significant portion of the global economic activity,” he wrote, adding that if shutdowns persist, then damage from them will get more severe.

But as Hodges notes, there are human costs to shutdowns as well as economic costs. For example, when authoritarian governments want to limit their citizens’ ability to report abuses internationally, they often begin their repression by first shutting down the only way people can communicate to the global population, via social media and other methods. Then again, countries like North Korea and China regularly curb Internet access or limit/ban it altogether. What goes on inside North Korea is largely unknown to the outside world because its dictatorial leader, Kim Jong Un, locks down outside access so tightly, leaving him free to heap abuses on his people at will.

Hodges noted that the Brookings Institute study also found that the Internet shutdowns also went “hand in hand” with atrocities. In his study West noted that the UN Human Rights Commission’s resolution cited “promotion, protection, and enjoyment of human rights on the Internet” as its motivation for passage.

The UN panel also noted that failure to keep the Internet free of government control and accessible to the people was a violation of international human rights law.

Hodges, in his video, also said that such dangers are inherent even in the United States, where President-elect Donald J. Trump will have a difficult time getting full control of the Executive Branch’s vast bureaucracy.

“He’s facing endemic corruption that’s a hundred levels deep in these agencies, and under civil service law, he can’t get rid of everyone,” Hodges said.

Police, military veterans, the founding fathers, Christians and traditional American values like capitalism, individualism and freedom are regularly shunned and mocked, while non-traditional figures and principles – like communist revolutionary Che Guevara and socialism – are revered and held up as standards.

Guevara is an especially beloved figure by the American Left, as exemplified by NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick recently. The football player-turned-activist wore a T-shirt to a post-game interview depicting an early 1960s meeting between black American Leftist civil rights leader Malcolm X and Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.

When asked about the shirt, Kaepernick intimated that it was part of his effort to make more people aware of what he says is inherent racism in American (Kaepernick is black; he was raised by white parents). But the goof is on him – as reported by The Daily Caller, the young footballer likely had no idea that Castro banned complaining about racism. And so the hypocrisy goes. The Left loves Guevara – Cuban Marxist revolutionary, physician, author, guerrilla leader, diplomat and military theorist – but most either have no idea what a brutal authoritarian he really was, or they do know, but simply don’t care.

As documented by the website, IHateTheMedia.com, there are several things Guevara is quoted as saying during his time on earth that the Left would rather you didn’t know. Here are just a few of them:

— “A revolutionary must become a cold killing machine motivated by pure hate. We must create the pedagogy of the The Wall!” The Wall is a reference to the wall where Che’s enemies stood before his firing squads

— “To send men to the firing squad, judicial proof is unnecessary … These procedures are an archaic bourgeois detail. This is a revolution!”

— “In fact, if Christ himself stood in my way, I, like Nietzsche, would not hesitate to squish him like a worm.”

But the Leftists of today who support – or think they support – Guevara while claiming our forefathers were all bad because they were white and did not initially ban slavery, are themselves full of hypocrisy. In the 1960s, Left-wing “revolutionaries” were admonishing their followers and supporters to question authority, and “Down with the establishment!” Today, they instruct supporters to obey the government without question or be labeled racist, bigoted, homophobic, etc.

There’s a term for this kind of behavior: moral narcissism. A new book, I Know Best: How Moral Narcissism is Destroying Our Republic, If It Hasn’t Already, by Roger L. Simon, noted that few people will change their political views, “even in the face of literally earthshaking world events” like 9/11.

In his book, reviewed by The American Thinker, Simon explains his concept by using the Seinfeld character “Elaine,” played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus. In the comedy, Elaine is a woman who obtains her moral worth from opinions that line up with fashionable progressivism – that is to say, what the shallow, progressive Left-wing thought of the day is.

Elaine is all for environmentalism, hates people who wear fur, judges those who claim to be Christians, and so on. Meanwhile, her own personal life is promiscuous, self-centered, faithless and shallow, yet she convinces herself she’s a “good humanitarian” and “proves” it by purposely complimenting a waitress on “doing a great job.”

Other examples Simon provides are not fictional in nature, which is the center of the problem; the behavior has had disastrous, perhaps irrevocable effects on the country. They include: Fashionable anti-capitalist Marxism; racism nostalgia that stokes racial hatred by inventing micro-aggressions that allegedly “explain” and “excuse” black criminality (and racism); climate change ideologues who say the issue is “settled science” when it’s demonstrably a hoax; and so on.

Guevara encompasses all of these “principles,” if you want to call them that, and the belief that his, and not our founders’ visions of justice, equality and fairness are right is dooming America.

A new bill, SB-18, has been introduced by Senator Richard Pan, seeking to give the government the right to seize children from their parents if they are making medical decisions that the state feels are “not in the child’s best interests.” (RELATED: Read more news about evil bureaucrats at Evil.news)

Dr. Pan, of course, was also behind the state’s current mandatory vaccination bill, SB-277. When taking both bills into consideration, one cannot help but wonder if they will be targeting parents who have unvaccinated children, or perhaps those who homeschool their kids. One thing is clear: The state of California is all but trying to outlaw dissent.

SB-18 is still in its early stages and will not be enacted until 2022, if it somehow manages to pass. While that may seem far off in the future, it is only a few short years away.

One of the more puzzling aspects of SB-18 is its blatant acknowledgement of existing laws to protect children. The bill itself acknowledges that there are already laws to provide for the “care and welfare of children and youth in various contexts, including, but not limited to, child welfare services, foster care, health care, nutrition, homeless assistance, and education.”

In what some might call rather unsettling language, the bill declares that the state of California will be seeking to “achieve specified goals to create an optimal environment” for the children’s “healthy development.”

Critics say that the language of the bill is really what is most concerning. Under the guise of doing what is best for the child, Section 1(a) of Pan’s bill outlines a seven-point list of rights children ought to have:

(1) The right to parents, guardians, or caregivers who act in their best interest.
(2) The right to form healthy attachments with adults responsible for their care and well-being.
(3) The right to live in a safe and healthy environment.
(4) The right to social and emotional well-being.
(5) The right to opportunities to attain optimal cognitive, physical, and social development.
(6) The right to appropriate, quality education and life skills leading to self-sufficiency in adulthood.
(7) The right to appropriate, quality health care.

This list may seem innocuous, but it is also incredibly vague. These are all basic things that children should indeed have. The problem is that the state is also seeking to grant itself the right to determine what does and does not meet its own arbitrary standards.

The bill is also seeking “to establish a comprehensive framework that governs the rights of all children and youth in California, outlines the research-based essential needs of California’s children, and establishes standards relating to the health, safety, well-being, early childhood and educational opportunities, and familial supports necessary for all children to succeed.”

The vagueness of this bill is truly what is most concerning, as it almost doesn’t really say anything at all – leaving plenty of room to the imagination of whoever is deigned to enforce it. For example, the rights to “appropriate, quality education” and “social development” could be said to be infringed upon by homeschooling your child. Not vaccinating your kid, of course, is also likely to be considered a violation of several of these rights. (Read more about government assaults on your liberty at Liberty.news)

As Modern Alternative Health notes, the bill could also pave the way for more new laws, programs, taxes and other such government tripe.

Allowing a small group of people to decide what is “best” for the rest of population is never a good idea – especially when they all but give themselves carte blanche to do so. One must also wonder, how will any independent thought survive under such circumstances?

The most recent grab, as reported by The National Sentinel, involved designating 1.6 million acres of land in Nevada and Utah new national monuments, to prevent them from being developed commercially.

These come on top of earlier land grabs by Obama—the most ever for a president, using the century-old Antiquities Act—which now total enough to form the state of Texas three times over.

As reported by The Hill, reversing Obama’s latest (and previous) land grabs may prove difficult, legally, with Christy Goldfuss, managing director of the White House Council on Environmental Quality, telling the newspaper that the Antiquities Act does not contain any language specifically allowing a follow-on president to undo federal land designations made by previous presidents. Environmental groups also say such designations can’t be undone, though some Republican lawmakers have disagreed. And therein lies the rub.

Obama, throughout his tenure, pushed the limits of his executive powers. There’s no reason to expect that Trump, who is not beholden to any special interests but only to the American people, won’t do the same thing in an attempt to devolve power from Washington and its massive bureaucracy.

In fact, Obama’s impetus for stealing land from states was to eliminate any chance they could develop it economically. Given Donald Trump’s campaign motto, “Make America Great Again,” combined with his business acumen, that is motivation enough for the president-elect to find ways to reverse as much of the damage Obama has done as possible: To provide new opportunities for American workers while strengthening our economy and security.

Those who don’t think Trump has a prayer of reversing the Obama land grabs are forgetting one key element: Trump is used to getting things done, and he has the pieces in place—GOP majorities in the House and Senate—to be successful. That could include reforming land-grab and land use laws in a way that would make the Bureau of Land Management dormant or, better still, extinct:

* Trump and the GOP Congress could amend the Antiquities Act, giving presidents specific authority to designate or repeal federal land designations, and make the repeal authority retroactive;

* The Legislative and Executive Branches could pass legislation defunding the BLM and its land-management activities, rendering the agency irrelevant;

* Congress could pass legislation granting states new authority to manage federally designated land as they see fit, including developing natural resources on said land;

* The Trump administration could go to court and test the parameters of the current Antiquities Act after President Trump reverses Obama’s land grabs via his own executive orders.

There are a number of things Congress and President Trump could do—and should do—to render the BLM unnecessary and return the land to the people. Not only would returning land to states save billions of dollars in annual management costs for taxpayers, but the opportunities being able to utilize and develop those lands will provide are limitless.

Then again, states could opt to leave those lands alone—to leave them as natural preserves, for habitat and wildlife to enjoy instead.

They should have the choice, is the thing; outside of building post offices, highways, military bases and other necessary infrastructure, the federal government should not be designating land as “preserves” without state approval, at a minimum.

The Trump administration, along with Congress, can and should make changes to current law that would give local governments more control over how best to use the land surrounding them.

The motive is perfectly clear: Oil. You see, Russia has already eclipsed Saudi Arabia as the world’s biggest oil producer. This means the big Saudi oil fields are drying up. And the government knows that, but they can’t tell us this because it’ll create a panic. One would think this would motivate the United States to get cozier with Russia. However, what the United States government fears is that if we do that, Russia will twig to the motive for it, and realize it has the United States over a barrel. An oil barrel. At which point the price goes up. Not to mention extracting concessions in the global sphere of influence.

Thus, what the United States is playing at here is trying to install a different “regime” in Russia. That being, one that Vladimir Putin does not control or have any influence over. This is easier said than done and the United States knows this. But the stakes are quite a bit higher than controlling the dwindling oil supply in the Middle East. Russia is obviously in control of most of the world’s remaining oil reserves. The United States needs a puppet regime in Russia to have access to that oil without paying the correct market price for it.

At some point, this gambit will fail. Russia is not the Middle East. A war with Russia cannot be won or cease-fired out of. Nor can a United States-backed “regime change” succeed over there. This is not the 1990s Russia of Boris Yeltsin. The United States, however, cannot come clean with the truth to the American people. The reason is because if the American people knew the truth, they’d never sleep nights anymore. The truth is this: Our entire economic system is based on petroleum and low-cost petroleum at that. But the actual nightmare is that our entire agricultural system is based on cheap oil.

The United States diet, especially for average Americans, is based on only three crops: Corn, wheat, and soy. Every processed food you see is based on fractions of those three staples. Meat is fed those three staples, even the farm-raised salmon you see in the store. Without those three crops, the United States would undergo a famine not seen in the United States ever at any point. The United States cannot feed itself without those three crops. What’s more, many large parts of the world depend on those three crops exported from the United States to feed themselves, too. Therefore, without them, the famine would turn into a runaway famine of global proportions.

Those three crops require large inputs of oil to grow, maintain, fertilize, and harvest. The corn alone depletes the soil to the extent synthetic fertilizer made by the Haber Process is an absolute requirement. That synthetic fertilizer requires oil to produce. The tractors and combines to plant and harvest these crops run on oil. All the transportation involved runs on oil. People have been led to believe we’ve discovered domestic oil reserves that will give us self-sufficiency. Who’s telling us this? The oil companies who are in bed with the government. The fact is, if we have to rely on these reserves alone, they will need to be devoted to agriculture alone. Or we won’t eat.

At some point, the oil is going to dwindle. It may have already begun, which is the entire motive for trying to isolate Russia. See, we think the sanctions will create economic hardships that will topple Putin. Then we can install “our guy” (probably being groomed in Ukraine) to run the show and give us access to those last reserves at the price we want to pay. But if that doesn’t happen, and it probably won’t, we better start thinking about the fact food is about to get a lot more expensive. The days of .99 cent super bags of corn chips are about to come to an end. Soon.

Keep in mind that the government heavily subsidizes those three crops as it is. Otherwise, food would be a LOT more expensive. Understand this: We are all on food stamps because the government subsidizes corn, wheat, and soy. If they did not, many people would not be able to afford food at all. What you see in the store is not the real and actual cost of that food. You’re seeing it after the government paid up to half (or more) of the cost to grow that corn, wheat, and soy. Including that which was fed to animals, we eat. Meaning, if you think beef is expensive at $6.99 a pound, the actual cost is $15.99 a pound if the government did not subsidize the corn fed to that cattle.

That can only take place because the oil is relatively cheap. Were the oil not cheap and the government still had to subsidize the food crops, the money will probably have to be diverted from Social Security, interstate highways, and the military budget. So you can see the corner the government has painted themselves into. They can’t afford to do nothing but they can’t afford to get into an actual war with Russia, either. However, the steps they are taking carry the very real seeds of a war, but the government is willing to risk that, gambling a certain future of food riots against the possibility of a war. It’s a lose-lose proposition, but the government and Wall Street are stubbornly refusing to own up to the truth. They have staked “growth” of the economy on the price of oil. We are in a suicide pact with them right now.

Oil is a finite thing. It will run out. This is a fact. Now, the cheap oil has led up to more food grown and, as a result, more people born because we had the available food to feed them. These people, in turn, have increased the demand for more oil. Hence, the consumption of oil goes up each year. Meaning, the oil supply (being finite) gets lower and lower but the demand for it goes higher and higher. In truth, this means the oil will run out faster than any predictions made based upon world population numbers of even ten years ago. Every person who comes into the world, whether that person drives a car or not, has a demand upon the oil supply. Why? Because oil is the only reason food can be grown in any industrialized nation. It isn’t the cars, folks. It’s the food.

Go to your supermarket and start reading the ingredient lists of the processed foods people have come to rely upon. You will find that corn, wheat, and soy are in all of them. The entire meat department relies upon corn and soy to feed those animals. The entire dairy department relies upon those cows being fed corn and soy. Yes, there is rice and potatoes. But those two crops will not make up the deficit in the public diet if we lose just corn alone. This entire system is a house of cards built upon corn which, in turn, is teetering precariously on a barrel of oil.

My prediction? I’d say if Russia refuses to play ball with the United States, we will begin to see oil prices quietly going up. One day, some major oilfield is going to dry up completely and the price will quadruple overnight. Any corn out to harvest will see the projected cost to harvest it skyrocket. The trains to transport it may be in control of railroads without the available capital funds to pay for the diesel. Remember, this country runs on credit, not cash. Credit will not be worth squat in the coming economy of low oil availability and food scarcity as a result. We may see entire fields of corn rot for lack of oil to harvest and transport it while entire cities see supermarket shelves bare.

This is the “end game”. This is the future. There can be no other reason the United States is willing to risk war with Russia. Oil is always the reason the United States goes to war since the 1973 Arab Oil Embargo showed us how vulnerable we really are. But this time, we’ve got a “false prosperity” and millions of people born solely because of the cheap food brought to us by cheap oil. When that oil is gone, guess what? We will not be able to feed all those people born because cheap oil made feeding them possible. You do the math on what that means.

At the recent CES 2017 expo event in Las Vegas, the Korean tech giant announced the “InstaView” fridge as the latest in cutting-edge food storage for the modern world. Equipped with a 29-inch, high-definition (HD) touchscreen display on the door, the InstaView fridge is basically a computer-slash-robot that can create shopping lists, check the weather and even set cooking timers. According to the online edition of the Daily Mail, it can even send text message notifications to users’ smartphones informing them of what needs to be purchased from the store.

Don’t feel like opening the door of the InstaView fridge to see what’s inside? No worries. The interior cameras can take a live scan and show you right on the HD display what’s there, a feature that LG claims prevents energy from being wasted — even though the camera and display both require energy to perform this function. The InstaView fridge also has its own built-in operating system that a family can use to leave each other notes or instructions, all of which the fridge itself uses to “learn” and customize features over time.

“Our Smart InstaView Door-in-Door refrigerator will allow users to enjoy their kitchen experience like never before,” announced Song Dae-Hyun, LG’s head of home appliances, before an eager tech crowd in Vegas. LG, Amazon want ‘tens of millions’ of smart devices to track people in their homes

Another so-called “feature” of LG’s InstaView fridge is that it has built-in Amazon Echo integration, allowing Amazon’s “Alexa” personal assistant to listen in on users’ conversations and “take notes.” LG is marketing the concept as an exclusive way to enhance users’ experiences with the fridge, but from a privacy perspective it implies even further risk of invasive spying or tracking by potential hackers.

And LG isn’t stopping with just the InstaView fridge; the company’s vice president of marketing, David VanderWaal, told expo attendees that, starting in 2017, LG will be equipping all of its home appliances with “advanced WiFi connectivity,” describing the change as a way to unleash “tens of millions of smart connected devices” into consumers’ homes.

This means that any future products sold by LG, whether they be televisions, washers and dryers, or even kitchen stoves and microwaves, will be equipped with wireless capabilities that connect these appliances to the outside world. In other words, it will be a world without privacy — and a hacker’s paradise — not to mention all the added electromagnetic frequencies swirling around people’s homes.

For Amazon, this brave new world will spell higher profits, as customers will be pushed by every new WiFi- or Echo-equipped appliance to purchase more Amazon products. Out of milk? Don’t worry; that InstaView fridge can tell “Alexa” to order you some more. Need more laundry detergent? Amazon’s got you covered with its Echo-integrated washers and dryers. And so on and so forth.

Following this trend is appliance manufacturer Whirlpool, which also plans to start integrating Amazon’s Alexa into its own “smart” appliances. Reports indicate that in 2017, Whirlpool plans to unveil 21 new WiFi-connected appliances that can be given verbal commands to perform various functions on their own, without human users even having to lift a finger. Eleven indisputable facts about vaccines that the lying “fakestream media” won’t tell you

Indisputable Fact #1) Vaccines given to children in the United States still contain mercury (Thimerosal), a potent neurotoxin. Anyone who argues that Thimerosal is not a neurotoxin may have already been brain damaged by it. (The science is overwhelming and irrefutable.)

Indisputable Fact #2) All forms of mercury are neurotoxic. There is no such thing as “safe” mercury that can be injected into children.

Indisputable Fact #3) ANY amount of mercury injected into a child is unsafe. No “safe” quantity of mercury for injection into a child has ever been established by any credible scientific body, especially not the IoM whose “studies” all suffer from extreme conflicts of interest.

Indisputable Fact #4) Flu shots given to children in the United States still contain over 50,000 ppb mercury (I personally tested flu shot vaccines in my internationally accredited laboratory, which is ISO-17025 accredited). This concentration of mercury is over 25,000 times the EPA limit of mercury in drinking water.

Indisputable Fact #5) Mercury, in the form of Thimerosal, is used as a preservative in multi-dose vaccine vials. If vaccines were offered solely in single-dose form, no mercury would be needed whatsoever. There is no technical or medical reason why mercury cannot be removed from all vaccines, in other words. (Thimerosal doesn’t even work very well as a preservative, it turns out.)

Indisputable Fact #6) The vaccine industry currently enjoys blanket legal immunity from all claims of defective products or mercury damage, a condition that has completely eliminated any incentive for vaccine product safety or quality control. No child damaged by vaccines has any right to legal due process in America today, and the secretive “vaccine court” has apparently been granted higher legal authority than the U.S. Supreme Court.

Indisputable Fact #7) According to the CDC, vaccines are still deliberately formulated with numerous neurotoxic chemicals, including aluminum, MSG, formaldehyde and mercury.

Indisputable Fact #8) Vaccine manufacturers such as GlaxoSmithKline have been repeatedly found guilty of criminal bribery and fraud. No pharma CEOs are ever arrested, however. Instead, they pay huge fines and continue on with “business as usual.”

Indisputable Fact #9) Virologists who worked for Merck filed a False Claims Act with the federal government, swearing that they were ordered by Merck management to falsify vaccine efficacy results in order to trick the FDA into approving vaccines that didn’t work. They also told the government they believed that Merck’s “fake vaccines” were contributing to the spread of infectious disease.

Indisputable Fact #10) A top CDC scientist named Dr. William Thompson publicly and openly admitted to taking part in massive scientific fraud to hide statistical links between vaccines and autism in African-American boys. The entire fakestream media — now known to be chronic liars and pushers of “fake news” — blacklisted the story, and most American have never heard the truth about the CDC’s criminal science fraud.

Indisputable Fact #11) The FDA has long possessed documentation linking vaccines to autism. The corrupt agency has gone to great lengths to bury this evidence in order to protect the profits and false science narratives of the vaccine industry.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s view on vaccines, mercury and Thimerosal

RFK is extremely well informed about the dangers of mercury (Thimerosal) in vaccines. To the vaccine industry, he is called a “skeptic,” which means he’s intelligent and informed about vaccines. (Nearly everyone inside the vaccine industry and those in the media reporting on vaccines are nothing more than medical prostitutes who exercise no rational skepticism whatsoever.)

In his book, RFK writes:

Indeed, the evidence of Thimerosal’s neurotoxicity is so overwhelming and the lack of any safety data so complete that anyone who is willing to read science and who believes in the capacity for scientific methods to determine empirical truths must conclude that Thimerosal causes serious brain damage.

Notably, RFK is not “anti-vaccine” as he is sometimes falsely accused. He is on the record countless times affirming his belief in the medical value of targeted immunizations as a strategy for infectious disease prevention. His disagreement with the vaccine industry rests primarily with the use of toxic mercury in vaccines. Again, from his book:

People who advocate for safer vaccines should not be marginalized or denounced as anti-vaccine. I am pro-vaccine. I had all six of my children vaccinated. I believe that vaccines have saved the lives of hundreds of millions of humans over the past century and that broad vaccine coverage is critical to public health. But I want our vaccines to be as safe as possible.

In essence, RFK shares the view of many others who want “clean” or “green” vaccines. They are not attempting to eliminate vaccines altogether. In many ways, I share many of RFK’s views, and I’m the author of “A Blueprint for Safer Vaccines,” which argues many of the same points.

RFK is the author of “Thimerosal: Let the Science Speak: The Evidence Supporting the Immediate Removal of Mercury — a Known Neurotoxin — from Vaccines.” It’s a highly recommended read and it’s packed full of reliable scientific citations that spell out the clear evidence of harm caused by Thimerosal in vaccines. I’ve included some key excerpts from his book in a separate, related article. A particularly cognizant passage from his book sums up its basic premise:

For many years, I’ve been puzzled by the bland and apparently baseless insistence by public health regulators and members of the press that it is safe to inject mercury—one of the world’s most neurotoxic elements—into young children and pregnant women. Over the past three years, I’ve engaged a crack team of respected scientific researchers to review the voluminous peer-reviewed literature related to Thimerosal and human health. Not surprisingly, that team was unable to find even a single publication that credibly demonstrates Thimerosal’s safety. Meanwhile, reams of toxicological, pharmacological, epidemiological, animal, and human studies have implicated Thimerosal in a range of neurological disorders. In fact, there is a virtually unanimous scientific consensus among the hundreds of research scientists who have published peer-reviewed articles in the field that Thimerosal is immensely toxic to brain tissue and should not be injected into children.

However, many informed vaccine skeptics like myself also believe that there are far too many vaccines given all at once… and many vaccines are given far too early in a child’s development, greatly increasing the risk of harm to the child while achieving no time advantage whatsoever.

My own views on vaccines also extend into exposing the rampant scientific fraud behind vaccines, something I am uniquely qualified to attest to because of my position as laboratory science director of an ISO-accredited mass spec analysis laboratory (CWClabs.com). Few vaccine skeptics are also accredited scientists or published scientific authors (I’m the author of Food Forensics, a laboratory science book that achieved the No. 1 bestselling science book on Amazon.com).

In summary, I agree with RFK’s concerns about mercury in vaccines, but my own concerns go even further. RFK’s skepticism, in other words, is a subset of my own skepticism about vaccines, vaccine marketing, vaccine science fraud, vaccine contamination, vaccine scare tactics, vaccine false flag operations and much more.

RFK to chair a new commission that Trump will use to make vaccines less toxic

The upshot of all this is that RFK will head a new commission whose ultimate goal is to eliminate mercury from all vaccines. Knowing what I know about RFK, both on and off the record, I’m confident this is the top goal of the new commission.

And it’s a worthy goal. I share that goal as a start. It’s an important step in the right direction. If President Trump is truly dedicated to this mission, it stands a very good chance of succeeding, after which the vaccine industry will then claim all vaccines are “now perfectly safe across the board” because the mercury has been removed. It will be a false claim, of course, but at least it moves the goalposts.

As we all know very well, mercury isn’t the only thing that’s toxic about vaccines. HPV vaccines, for example, are extremely dangerous for other reasons unrelated to mercury toxicity. Vaccines are only quite frequently contaminated with cancer causing viruses. For example, the CDC openly admitted that as many as 98 million Americans were exposed to the cancer causing SV40 virus which was “accidentally” manufactured into polio vaccines. It is no coincidence, of course, that the cancer industry remains a multi-billion dollar profit center for the same drug companies that also manufactured the contaminated vaccines.

The real history of vaccines, if you care to dig a little deeper, is rife with criminality, quackery, corruption, medical tyranny and the most outrageous medical propaganda ever catapulted into the minds of the American people. Mandatory vaccines are a violation of medical ethics, parental choice and human rights

In addition, there are serious medical ethics and human rights issues surrounding mandatory vaccination policies such as California’s SB 277. According to the American Medical Association, mandatory vaccines are gross violation of medical ethics.

By requiring a medical intervention that has also been granted legal immunity via an act of Congress, mandatory vaccines violate both the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution. Section 1 of Amendment XIV clearly states:

No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Yet mandatory vaccines that require medical intervention with a non-zero risk while denying citizens due process to seek damages for the toxic effects caused by such medical interventions is a clear and gross violation of the Fourteenth Amendment.

How President Trump and RFK may restore vaccine safety, medical choice and basic human rights across America

Step #1) Outlaw toxic additives in all vaccines. This includes mercury but must also include various chemical adjuvants such as squalene.

Step #2) Protect medical choice. No parent should be forced to inject her child with a toxic substance that imparts a non-zero risk of serious, lifelong neurological damage. California’s SB 277 must be overturned and outlawed. That law is truly Kafkaesque in its intentions and enforcement.

Step #3) Eliminate blanket legal immunity for vaccine manufacturers. Why should vaccine manufacturers enjoy absolute legal immunity when they are making defective products that are being forced onto citizens against their will? This situation is absurd and intolerable in any free or just society.

In effect, current vaccines laws at both the state and federal level have transformed America into a medical police state. When parents are deprived of their medical choice, and when citizens are denied due process, and when known faulty and dangerous products are forced upon children across the nation, we can no longer call it “medicine” at all. It is a medical cartel that invokes the coercion of the state to enforce compliance with its desired product sales goals.

I believe that RFK can play a tremendously important role in this urgent effort to protect America’s children from the criminals and quacks running the corrupt vaccine industry. (Seriously, one vaccine researcher absconded with millions of CDC dollars and is still wanted by the FBI as an international fugitive.)

Because RFK can bring real level-headedness to this issue, you can fully expect the mainstream media to wage a massive character assassination campaign against him (just like they often against me). Before long, you’ll probably hear absurd reports on CNN that claim RFK has unprotected intercourse with goats while wearing baby bibs (or something similarly hilarious). The vaccine industry will scream and pout and roll out an endless parade of corrupt, paid-off “scientists” in the spirit of Big Tobacco’s decades-long obfuscation of real science. The CDC and FDA will insist that mercury is harmless, vaccines hurt no one, and parents should never have a choice when it comes to “good medicine” that only benefits society. Yet in the end, the era of toxic vaccines will eventually crumble. Perhaps not this year, or next year or even during the Trump administration at all. But sooner or later, the weight of the evidence linking vaccines to autism and other neurological defects in children will be so overwhelming that even the vaccine pushing “medical child molesters” won’t be able to stop the avalanche of public outrage.

Vaccines, as administered, marketed and approved today, are the most devastating criminal fraud in the history of medicine.
